The sounds installation Submersed Songs – winner of Rumos Arte Cibernética Prize / Itaú Cultural – promotes interference of four carp fish in songs and sounds brought by the audience in iPods, celphones, voice recorders and others. The movements of the animals can change properties of the audio such as distortion and space and also juxtapose different tracks. In this installation, the movements of the fish and the indeterminate musical choice of the audience are a way to provoke and appreciate sound randomness and chance.
