Gadget is a slang used to define small technological tools or devices that have a single purpose or innumerable specific functions. MP3 players, PDAs, smartphones and other pocket tools are called gadgets. The common aspects between these devices, such as portability, data interchange, integration of a greater system and its possible consequences—consumerism, independent production, collaboration and unpredictability—are some of the issues mentioned in I <3 MY GADGET.
